Reservations and Vehicle Groups
All reservations are based on vehicle groups, not specific car models.
We make every effort to deliver the selected car model for each booking. However, in the event that the selected model is unavailable, our company reserves the right to offer the renter a similar model.
A similar model is typically a vehicle belonging to the same group as the selected model.
Our company also reserves the right to offer the renter a vehicle from a higher group at no additional charge.
Reservation Duration and Minimum Rental Charge
The minimum reservation duration is one day, and the maximum is 30 days.
The minimum charge, regardless of the rental duration, is one day.
If you wish to rent a vehicle for more than 30 days, please contact us for a custom quote, as the rental agreement must be renewed every 30 days.
If the renter wishes to keep the vehicle beyond the agreed rental period, they must contact our company at least 2 days before the vehicle’s return date to request an extension, subject to availability.
The extension is valid only after the rental agreement has been updated accordingly.
Payment Options
Advance Payment:
An advance payment can be made directly through our website using credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover) or via bank transfer to our accounts.
All card payments made through our website are processed via the “Alpha e-Commerce” platform of Alpha Bank, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches the designated recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.
Balance Payment:
The remaining balance can be paid upon vehicle pick-up, either in cash or via credit, debit, or prepaid card.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a reservation, the only accepted method is by sending us an email, and you must receive an email confirmation from our company acknowledging receipt of your cancellation request.
- If the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the scheduled rental start date, the full deposit amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is received less than 10 days but up to 3 days before the scheduled rental start date, 40% of the deposit will be charged.
- If the cancellation is received less than 3 days before the scheduled rental start date, the full deposit will be charged.
No-Show Policy
If the renter does not pick up the vehicle on the agreed rental start date and time without prior written or phone communication, the reservation will be canceled 2 hours after the agreed time, and the full deposit will be charged.
Late Returns
- During the low and mid rental seasons, a delay of up to 1 hour will not incur additional charges.
- During the high rental season, the maximum acceptable delay without extra charge is 30 minutes.

The minimum reservation duration is a few hours, but the minimum rental charge is one full day.
Additional charges will apply if the renter returns the vehicle later than the agreed return time.
Rental Extension

If availability allows, the rental extension will be recorded in the Rental Agreement along with the corresponding charge. If no availability exists, the renter must return the vehicle on the agreed date and time.
Fuel Policy
The renter is responsible for paying for fuel during the rental period and must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was delivered.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than it was delivered with, the renter will be charged for the fuel difference plus a €15 refueling service fee.
No refund will be given if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than it had upon delivery.
Traffic Violations and Legal Fines
Fines for violations of the Traffic Code (KOK) or other legal penalties — even if issued after the rental period ends — are the sole responsibility of the renter and must be paid either in cash or by charging the renter’s credit card, even after the rental has concluded.
If license plates are confiscated during the rental period, the renter is obligated to compensate the rental company for the entire duration the vehicle is immobilized, based on the pricing season in which the incident occurred, plus a one-time fee.
Accident
In the event of a traffic accident, the renter must immediately notify our company and the police. The police will record the accident, and the renter must provide our company with a copy of the police report.
If the police do not record the accident, the renter assumes full responsibility, and no insurance coverage applies.
The renter is strictly prohibited from repairing the vehicle in any way.
All drivers are jointly and fully liable to the company.
